Congressional Baseball Game

Come join Yale-in-Washington for the annual Congressional Baseball Game!

Cheer for the Republicans or Democrats as you watch your Senators and Representatives play baseball. YiW will be joining students from Harvard, Penn, Princeton, Vanderbilt, Wash-U, Stanford, and Michigan for this event!

Tickets (proceeds of which will go to charity) will be subsidized at $5.

First pitch starts at 7:05

What began as a casual game among colleagues in 1909 has evolved into one of Congress’s most anticipated annual pastimes. Each summer, Representatives and Senators don baseball uniforms, organize teams along party lines, and play ball for charity. The Congressional Baseball Game has raised millions of dollars for local charities in the District of Columbia. Spectators may include crowds of congressional staffers and, occasionally, even dignitaries and Presidents.
