The Yale College Dean's Office, Office of the President, Undergraduate Career Services and Yale College Council are proud to present the Yale-in-Washington program, a full-featured resource for students pursuing internships and other summer opportunities in the Washington, D.C. Area.

This summer, students will have the opportunity to:

  • Take a private tour of the White House.
  • Explore the State Department's famous Reception Rooms with its officials.
  • Attend career panels with successful Yale Alumni working in the D.C. Area
  • Meet-and-greet with a Senator.
  • Attend a hands-on tour of an Embassy.
  • Attend special Yale-only speakers and receptions.
  • Visit Washington, D.C.'s museums, theaters and historical monuments with other Yalies.
  • Stay in touch with friends living and working nearby with our private social network.
  • Receive updates about housing, new events, happy hours and more.
